General Terms & Conditions

1. You have to be logged in to be able to play the game.
2. You can play one time only within November 2024.
3. Game and gifts are online exclusive.
4. The order should be placed within 1 hour maximum to collect your gift.
5. In case you decide to cancel or refund your order, both the items in the order and the gift must be returned in their original condition; otherwise, your order will be considered non-refundable.
6. If Mazaya cancels your order, which includes the gift due to stock availability of the purchased item, your gift will still be reserved if you substitute the missing item(s) with ones that meet the same game conditions (Cart Value).
7. When you spend 5000 EGP or more, you can win one of these gifts: a 15% discount on your next purchase, a Karaca Toaster, an extra 5% discount on the current order, or a 1000 EGP Mazaya Gift Card.
8. When you spend 1000 EGP and more you can win one of these gifts (15% discount on your next purchase or Karaca Toaster or Extra 5% discount on current order or 1000 EGP Mazaya Gift Card or All year Perfumes or Rome Solo Trip or EGP 10K Purchases from Mazaya or iPhone 16)

Gifts Disclaimers

1. 15% e-voucher on next Mazaya purchase

   • Valid on your next purchase from our website and mobile app only.
   • Valid starting 1 Dec 2024 till 31 Dec 2024.
   • Not valid on Sets, Bundles, Discounted products & Gift Cards.

2. Karaca Toaster

   • Toaster will be delivered based on color availability.
   • Image provided is for illustrative purpose only, actual product may vary
   • Toaster cannot be refunded, exchanged nor exchanged for cash.

3. Mazaya Gift Card 1000 EGP

   • Gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
   • Gift card is redeemable at Mazaya, OMB, Parfois, Ipkeyol, Panco, Undiz, ETAM, Okaidi, Karaca, Furla & OXXO (offline stores only regarding OXXO)

4. Free Perfumes for 1 Year

   • This gift is equivalent to total 4 perfume units. 1 perfume to be redeemed each quarter within 2025 ie 1 Perfume during first 3 months of 2025 and another perfume during the following 3 months of 2025 and so on
   • Each perfume capped at EGP 10K. In case you decide to buy a Perfume higher in value you can pay the difference at checkout
   • The 4 units shall be redeemed via 4 separate promocodes applicable on Mazaya’s website & App only. Those promocodes will be shared via SMS on the registered account mobile number, within first week of Dec 2024

5. Rome solo trip

   • Gift includes 1 round airway ticket, 1 hotel accommodation (3 nights, 4 days) and 1 visa fees
   • Trip earliest departure date from Cairo is Jan-1 st 2025 while latest return date to Cairo is Feb-28 th 2025
   • Gift covers one visa trial, if failed to acquire, you'll automatically be switched to Free Perfumes for 1 Year gift

6. iPhone 16

   • Gifted iPhone will be based on color availability.
   • iPhone must be collected by the winners from Mazaya HQ (5 th settlement, Cairo) and availability might not be before Dec-31 st 2024.

7. 10,000 EGP Purchases from Mazaya

   • You shall receive an SMS on the registered account mobile number, within first week of Dec 2024 with your promo code to enable you to redeem 10,000 EGP worth of products from Mazaya.
